Damaged items & transport damage

We take great care to package all items carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Damage is therefore very rare.

Should an item arrive damaged, we will find a solution. Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of the damage.

The ornaments sparkle beautifully in the sun and cast an impressive shadow. Different types of glass are used for the wall decorations, which differ in color and surface structure. I cut each piece into shape by hand and sand the edges.

Each set is delivered as shown, with the metal hanger and the glass pendants. The ribbons can then be adjusted if desired. We offer black and beige ribbons, the beige ones are more inconspicuous and the black ones add another color accent. If you would like a different color combination, please take a look at my items in the shop or send me a message. The last picture shows a different color variation that can also be found in our shop.

Handmade and carefully packaged so that it arrives safely to you. Each object is unique due to the nature of glass and the fact that it is handmade. Small imperfections in the glass give the glass its unique character. Perfect for giving as a gift. When it comes to packaging, I place particular emphasis on plastic-free and sustainable packaging.
