Shipping policy

General Information

All orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another notification with tracking details.

Processing Time

The processing time is usually 2 business days. If it takes longer, we will notify you.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping includes tracking and is sent via Deutsche Post (large letter) within Germany and DHL Germany for international shipments.
In some regions, you can select express shipping for an additional fee.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout. Below are the usual delivery times (including a 1–2 business day processing time):

We offer international shipping. Please check at checkout if your location is available. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us, and we will try to find a solution.

Customs & Import Fees

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees (including VAT) once it reaches your country. GET THE WAVE is not responsible for these charges – they are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at versand@getthewave.de with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us at lena@getthewave.de before sending your return.

As we are a small business, we unfortunately cannot cover return shipping costs – you are responsible for the entire return shipping process. Please ensure that the item is securely packed so that it arrives undamaged. We appreciate your understanding!

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at lena@getthewave.de with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We assess each case individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
