Refund policy

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us in advance at lena@getthewave.de before sending the package back.

As we are a small shop, we unfortunately cannot cover return shipping costs – you are responsible for the entire return shipment. Please make sure to pack the item securely so that it arrives undamaged. We appreciate your understanding!

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at lena@getthewave.de with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We assess each case individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
