Returns

The item you ordered didn't fit as good as you thought? No worries, returns are possible. Please contact us as fast as possible and send your order back to us. Please understand that we are a small shop and can't pay the shipping for returns. Once the item arrived we will initiate the refund.

Damaged Items

We take great care in wrapping and packaging all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, so damage is rare. However, if your item does arrive damaged, we will find a solution for you. Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of the damage. We are here to help and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

The pendants sparkle beautifully in the sun. Water glass, cathedral glass and iridescent glass are used for wall decoration. I cut the glass by hand and grind the sides and edges into shape. The hexagons each have a size of approx. 6.5 x 7 cm.
The macrame cord shown in the photos is included, it has a length of 40 cm per pendant and when ordering 3 pendants, a cord with a length of 1.60 m is added, which can then be shortened to the appropriate length. If you still need a different length or would like a different color combination, please send me a message. Individual pendants can be selected in the respective colors, or several pendants to make your room sparkle even more beautifully.

Due to the nature of glass and the fact that it is made by hand, each sun catcher is unique. Due to the unevenness in the glass, the light is broken so beautifully that the play of colors on the wall that can be seen in the photos is created. All glass sun catchers are carefully and plastic-free packed. Also perfect as a gift. Optionally, a handwritten note and gift wrapping can be added to the gift.
